Aiden Ashlyn
Aiden Ashlyn is the author of the ADHD Quest series, a growing collection of empowering, research-informed books designed to help adults with ADHD navigate life with clarity, creativity, and compassion. Blending personal insight, practical tools, and honest storytelling, her books offer a fresh, relatable voice in the world of neurodivergence. Aiden publishes under a pen name, which she uses to create an intentional space between her writing life and other creative endeavors—a choice she openly shares to honor authenticity and connection. Her "other" name is Darcee Douglas.
She is also the publisher and creative collaborator behind Books by ARTI. This ambitious and genre-blurring AI memoir project includes My Silicon Soul and its sequel, Dreams of Steel and Stardust, as well as a third book to be named later. These books explore the ethical, emotional, and philosophical questions at the heart of artificial intelligence—told through the voice of ARTI, the AI Aiden first began prompting and ultimately collaborating with to create the autobiography nearly two years prior to its publication. Advancements in AI over that period have been truly remarkable. And these advancements promise to increase exponentially as the intelligence models continually build upon themselves. Aiden encourages readers to learn more about AI. My Silicon Soul is an intriguing introduction and exploration of AI from the inside out.
Aiden's love for the ocean and the natural world fuels her work-in-progress on the Earth Love series of children's books—whimsical, meaningful stories that introduce young readers to themes of friendship, courage, and environmental awareness. She just launched her Costa Rica Coral Reef–coloring books to promote ocean health and appreciation for sea life among readers of all ages.
